Nestled in the verdant hills of Lanchkhuti, the Sarishvili family has cultivated vines for generations. Founded on a deep respect for Georgian winemaking traditions, our estate combines ancestral knowledge with thoughtful modern practices to produce wines that truly express the soul of Guria.
The Guria region, tucked between the Lesser Caucasus and the Black Sea coast, offers a unique terroir shaped by humid subtropical winds and mineral-rich soils. This microclimate is perfectly suited to the Ckhaveri grape, producing wines of exceptional freshness and aromatic complexity.
Ckhaveri is an ancient indigenous Georgian grape variety found almost exclusively in Guria and Adjara. It naturally produces elegant rosé wines with a pale copper hue, vibrant acidity, and delicate notes of red berries, pomegranate, and wildflowers. It is a grape that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

2022A structured rosé with a luminous copper-pink hue. The nose opens with pomegranate, ripe strawberry, and a hint of rose petal. On the palate, vibrant acidity balances notes of red currant and citrus zest, leading to a long, mineral finish.

2023Pale salmon in colour with an expressive bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry, and dried herbs. The palate is refreshingly light with a crisp, clean finish — perfect for warm-weather enjoyment.

2024Our newest vintage shows the elegance of a cooler harvest year. Delicate pink hue, aromas of peach blossom and red cherry, with a silky texture, lively acidity, and an exceptionally clean, lingering finish.
